1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using WhoWolf ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

WhoWolf is an offline social deduction game for groups of friends and family. The App is designed for local, in-person play on a single shared device. No internet connection, account, or registration is required to play.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Distribute or resell the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. Content and Conduct

WhoWolf is intended for a family-friendly audience (PEGI 7 / ESRB E equivalent):

• The game involves social deduction, hidden roles, and fantasy werewolves in a village setting.
• There is no graphic violence, gore, or jump-scare horror content.
• There is no online multiplayer, chat, or user-generated content sharing.
• There is no in-app purchasing, gambling mechanic, or gacha system.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The App stores data locally on your device only and does not transmit personal information to any server.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
